	Le Bois Berranger offers self catering and bed and breakfast accommodation in the Vendée. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village of Saint Urbain in a lovely rural setting with the advantage of having its own swimming pool. Le Bois Berranger is only 5 minutes from the coast, 40 minutes from the major city of Nantes and a short drive from the famous Loire Valley.

Gite accommodation

Sunflowers

This gite has on the ground floor a lounge/diner with pull-out double sofa, kitchenette and WC.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both en-suite.

The gite has its own terrace with table, chairs and parasol.

Lilies

A large lounge with pull-out double sofa, kitchen/diner, fireplace.

There are two double bedrooms and space for single beds in one of the bedrooms.

The gite has its own terrace with table, chairs and parasol.

Main House

This is the whole house which includes four bedrooms, all en-suite, two lounges, two kitchens and pull-out sofabeds and single beds.

It has large terraces overlooking the pool and games room.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation (not available during July and August)

Lavenders

This is on the first floor and has a large bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room. Tea/coffee making facility. Continental breakfast included.

Poppies

First floor accommodation and has a large bedroom with double bed, small lounge area and en-suite shower room. Tea/coffee making facility. Continental breakfast included.

Mobile Home

Greenfields

The mobile home is situated within the grounds of our complex.

It has a large lounge and fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

There are two double bedrooms and a bedroom with twin beds.

A separate WC with basin, and a bath/shower room next to it.

The mobile home has its own terrace, table, chairs and parasol.


	Cots and high chairs are available on request and all accommodation includes TV, radio and DVD player.

Grounds

Swimming pool.

Games room with table tennis, table football
and board games.

Local area

Le Bois Berranger is situated on the outskirts of the village of Saint Urbain, 5 minutes from the coast, 40 minutes from Nantes and a short drive to the Loire valley.

It is well known that the Vendée is second only to the Cote d’Azur for sunshine hours so a very good reason to visit this lovely area of France.

This is the ideal area for golf, fishing, boating, horse riding, painting and many more activities.

From its stunning coastline to the wonderful inland rural life there is always something to do here.

A boat trip to the Ile d’Yeu.

The beaches at St Jean de Monts.

Further down you can pay a visit to Les Sables d’Olonne with its quaint town, large marina and sweeping beach, here you can take in the special seafood restaurants for lunch.

Every day there are local street markets in the area and many festivals throughout the year.

For sport and leisure there are golf courses, fishing lakes, sea fishing, horse riding and cycling.

The Loire valley, Le Mans, Futuroscope, La Rochelle, Le Marais Poitevin and Le Puy-du-Fou are all only a short distance away.
