Accommodation Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven / hob, fridge plus fridge / freezer. Lounge / diner with cental heating, satellite TV, DVD player and various games and books. Ground floor bedroom, bathroom, shower and WC. Two double bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed. Double bedroom. Bedroom with a single bed. In total there are three bathrooms/showers and four WCs. There is an iron and ironing board supplies and a travel cot and high chair are available. |

Outside The cottage is set in 5 acres of beautiful gardens with meadows, a small waterfall, a stream and a large fish pond. There is a terrace / patio area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. We have a small splash pool in the garden. There is also a badminton net and bats and a children's swing. Wireless internet can be received if on the patio area. Off-road parking. |

Local area The village of Nogent le Bernard is a few minutes from the cottage and has a general store, butchers, bakers, post office, bar / restaurant and a hairdressers. Bonnetable is the nearest town with a large supermarket that also serves petrol. A short drive away is La Ferte-Bernard (little Venice of the west) which has good restaurants and a leisure lake for swimming, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, boat/bike hire and horse riding. The nearest golf course is 20 minutes away. Le Mans is 30 minutes from the cottage, Chartres is 1 hour away and Paris 2 hours. |
