	Three beautiful holiday cottages situated on the border of Southern Brittany and the Pays de la Loire. These Brittany gites are located in the hamlet of Paimbu, 1km from Masserac in the Loire Atlantique.

Valley View Barn

This recently converted French barn has its own entrance and garden and fantastic views of the Vilaine valley.

Lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and traditional wood burner.

Dining area.

Double doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the garden and with a view of the valley beyond.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

4 double bedrooms: 2 doubles with ensuite facilities, a twin bedded room and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.

Large well appointed bathroom with shower cubicle and hydro massage bath.

A laundry room offers free use of facilities including washing machine irons and ironing boards.




	The Cottages Walnut Cottage has a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bath and shower. Jasmine Cottage has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a single bed and a shower room. Both cottages have open plan living areas with lounge / diner complete with English satellite TV, DVD player, hifi and log burners. Fully equipped kitchenettes include full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.


	A laundry room offers free use of facilities including washing machine irons and ironing boards.

Outside

All the properties have fully enclosed private gardens, barbecue, patio furniture and a large selection of bicycles for you to use free of charge.

Local area

The village of Masserac - 1km - has a boulangerie, a small restaurant and a bar.

Guemene-Penfao - 10 minutes - has a supermarket, indoor swimming pool, canoe hire and pony trekking.

Redon - 16km - an ancient trading town, where the Nantes-Brest Canal meets the river Vilaine, has many shops, a weekly open air market and indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

Beaches - the nearest beaches are located at the holiday towns of La Turballe and La Baule where white sandy beaches stretch for several miles.
There are also several lakes with man-made beaches and outdoor swimming pools nearby.

Fishing - 5 minute from La Cour is the River Vilaine. There are also the rivers Isac, Don and Brivet and great lake fishing just outside Masserac at Maison des Marais.

Golf - The Western Loire has 26 courses and southern Brittany has 7.
The closest course to La Cour is in the grounds of the chateau at Missilac, 30 minutes away.
Also in the grounds you can take advantage of tennis courts and angling ponds.
Other nearby courses are Savaneu (40 minutes) and Caden (1 hour).
