	The Chalet du Saut is a 17th century Savoyard farmhouse, recently converted to a ski chalet. It is in the traditional alpine hamlet of the Villaret du Nial, a privileged, discreet and quiet location in the heart of the Espace Killy ski area.

Accommodation

Kitchen equipped to handle large dinner parties with large oven, 5-ring gas hob, decent sized fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, plenty of large pots and pans and other utensils.

The dining area is designed to cater for large dinner parties.

The large living area, around an open fireplace, has satellite TV, video, DVD and stereo.

Six bedrooms, mezzanine and four bathrooms.

Master bedroom with double bed and occasional single bed for a child.

Second large double room plus occasional single bed.

Two twin bedrooms with each two single beds.

Bunk bedroom.

Smaller double bedroom.

Mezzanine above living room can sleep two people.

Three full bathrooms with WC, one also has separate shower.

Shower room with sink and washing machine.

Separate WC.

There is private car parking at the chalet.

The surroundings are well suited to children with no traffic, plenty of sun and a garden to play in.

Local area and activities

Villaret du Nial is in the heart of the Espace Killy ski area.

The hamlet is nestled on the south facing slopes above the road to Val d’Isere and overlooking the Tignes dam.

The funicular and ski pistes in Val d'Isere are 4km (5 minutes) from the chalet.

The lifts & pistes at Tignes les Boisses are 3km away.

The chalet offers the best of both worlds, the convenience of a major ski area, without the hustle and bustle of a holiday resort.

Summer

The chalet is close to the Grand Sassière nature reserve.

The chalet is in an area ideally situated for mountain walking.

Other summer activities include summer skiing, golf, kayaking and rafting.

Pricing structure

Rental rates from € 1950 to € 6650 per week

currency conversion
Bed linen and towels are supplied.
A folding travel cot is available if required.

English speaking owners live in the hamlet and are on hand to help with your stay.

The chalet is generally let on a Sunday to Sunday basis.

Short breaks and long weekends are possible.
