The dining area has a dining table with seating for 8 (high chair if required). Sideboard containing a selection of indoor games and badminton racquets.

Carpeted room with entrance from lounge and view out onto back garden.
Double bed.
Wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with light and chair.
First floor master bedroom:
Double bed.
2 single beds.
Wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and bedding box with spare duvets.
The room is carpeted, has large velux window
and small window to courtyard.
A cot is available if required.
Twin bedroom:
Twin single beds.

Velux window in roof and small window to back garden.
