	Self catering cottage at Jussay near Parthenay, Deux Sevres, Poitou-Charentes, France

Les Songes is a complex of an old French farmhouse and detached holiday cottage set in 4 hectares of mature gardens with stream, picturesque fishing lake and swimming pool.
Located in the hamlet of Jussay 2km from Amailloux and 10km from Parthanay.

La Petite Maison, nestling on the banks of the lake and looking out over meadows and fields offers a high degree of comfort and privacy.

Accommodation

Lounge - living and dining area with wood/log-burner fire, satellite TV / DVD, stereo music centre, king size convertible sofa bed, easy chair and much more.

Kitchen - fully fitted and equipped with gas hob, electric oven, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. French doors open onto a patio.

Bedroom - single twin beds with a full complement of bedroom furniture.

Large shower room with shower, basin and WC.

The shower room incorporates a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Covered patios - one with a barbecue and both with garden furniture.

Outside

The cottage is surrounded with lawns, flower beds and specimen trees providing shaded areas.

Swimming pool - 12m x 6m pool, shared with the owners. The pool is fenced and gated for safety purposes.

The pool has sun loungers with parasols, tables and chairs.

Boules/ petanque court.

Fishing - the private lake is stocked with carp, rudd, tench, perch etc.

Local area

The pretty village of Amailloux - 2km - has a baker / patisserie, hairdresser, garage and bar / restaurant.

The medieval town of Parthenay is 10km away.

The towns of Bressuire and Thouars, both famed for historical chateaux, are nearby.

Prices include gas, electricity, water and logs.
A complimentary welcome pack of essential food items awaits your arrival.
Bed linen, duvets, pillows and bathroom towels are provided and changed weekly.
Pool / beach towels are also provided for guests use.

Last three remaining weeks:
May 24 - June 14 at the discounted rate of £395 per week.
If two week holiday booked tariff reduced to £775 for the two weeks.
