This site has the added attraction of being based around three lakes which are available for fishing or simply to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shady paths that surround them.
Fishing is free during July and August, with a small fee payable outside these months. The lakes are well stocked with trout, carp, pike, eels and roach.
The site has a lovely countryside feel to it whilst still being only some 12-15 miles from the many coastal resorts and places of interest in this popular Charente-Maritime region.
Local area
The site is situated in a rural area close to the small villages of Saint Sornin and Cadeuil.
