	Holiday cottage at Saint-Malo-de-la-Lande in Normandy, northern France.


	A self catering cottage situated at Saint-Malo-de-la-Lande, 5 minutes from some of the loveliest beaches in Normandy, northern France. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and at nearby Agon-Coutainville there is a fine sandy beach 8km in length, ideal for all the family.

Kitchen - modern and fully equipped including a washing machine and dishwasher.

TV - with English channels. Living room - with sofa bed.

Bedroom - with double bed.

Bedroom - with bunk beds and a drawer bed.

Outside

There is a barbecue area and a beautiful large garden.

Nice terrace with garden furniture.

Location and activities

The cottage is in a small village called St Malo de la Lande, which is around 5 minutes from the nearest beach.

St Malo de la Lande is a little Normandy village which has fruit and vegetable markets 2 to 3 times a week.

There is a grocery shop in the nearest village (1 km) which is open every day, except Wednesday, from 8am to 9pm.

Mont St Michel - 70 km.

D-Day beaches - 40 km.

Agon-Coutainville - 5 minutes - a seaside town very popular with French families.
Boat trips to to the local islands called “Chaussey” can be organised.
There are many attractions such as tennis clubs, equestrian centre, omnisports, cinemas, boule, golf, sailing club, casino, fishing, lake, pedalos etc.
During the summer there is a club for the children called “Club Mickey”.
Bicycles can be rented locally.

There are two farms opposite that welcome visitors. Guests can watch the cows being milked. They also have chickens, rabbits and ducks and sometimes fresh eggs and other farm produce is offered for sale.

Coutances - 10 minutes St. Lo - 35 minutes Bayeux - 1 hour

Cherbourg - 1 hour Caen - 1.5 hours
