	Farmhouse gite near Mortain and Domfront in Normandy close to the Pays de la Loire

Set in the Normandy Natural Regional Park, this farmhouse gite is a good way to discover the peaceful Normandy countryside.

The house is located in tranquil countryside with breathtaking views, only 3km from the village of Barenton and only 90 minutes from airport and ferry terminals.

	The gite is in the self-contained end of the farmhouse with British owners living on site.

Accommodation

A fully-fitted oak kitchen - with cooker, hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave.

Lounge / Diner with a TV / Video, DVD and CD players and a comprehensive library of videos.

Two double bedrooms.

Large modern bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

All rooms are centrally heated for early or late season.





	Outside Outside the gite has its own courtyard and a secure play area for children with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and see-saw. The area The house is located in tranquil countryside with breathtaking views, only 3km from the village of Barenton where you will find a boulangerie, cafés and a good supermarket. The local village of Barenton is famous for its apple and pear cider which is a speciality of this surrounding area of Domfront. Local towns are: Mortain 10 minutes - Domfront 15 minutes - Gorron 25 minutes Further afield: Fougères and Villedieu-les-Poêlles are both approximately 45 minutes away Mont St Michel is just less than an hour away. Caen, St Malo and Rennes are each an hour and a half from Barenton. Pricing structure
