Bedrooms

A large twin bedroom for two people located on the ground floor of the property at the back of the house. This room contains two single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. The ensuite bathroom contains a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 2 is a large double room with a large double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chairs. Ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 3 is the largest family room. It has a large open plan area with a slight divider wall to separate children’s bunk beds from the main area. It also benefits from its own ensuite bathroom and views over our cider apple orchard. This room has a seating area with sofa. The room can cater for two adults, three children and a baby in cot.

All bedrooms feature views over our cider apple orchard.

Laundry facilities are available. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

There is plenty of free private parking and storage for bicycles.

Local area

La Beauficerie is centrally located in rural Basse Normandie, 5 minutes from Hambye.

Villedieu-les-Poêles - 10 minutes - is famous for its copper industry and has many shops, bars and restaurants.

30 minutes from Granville, Coutances, St Lô, Vire and Avranches.

From Granville there are boat trips to the offshore Îles Chausey and to Jersey and Guernsey. These are all within a sixty minute boat journey so are suitable for day trips.

Mont St Michel is a 45 minute drive.

Visit the Normandy D-Day landing beaches; Omaha beach is an hour away and Utah a little further.

Caen and St Malo are both one hour away and Cherbourg is one hour twenty minutes.

The nearest airport - 75 minutes - is at Dinard.
