Bed and Breakfast Our recently refurbished room has twin beds, coffee and tea making facilities, and an ensuite shower. Breakfast can be served inside or out, and we offer continental and English depending on your tastes. We also can provide an evening meal if you wish, or you can visit the restaurant only 100 metres away. |

Camping The site is spacious and limited to six pitches meaning you have plenty of room to spread out. A toilet and shower have been newly fitted and offer constant hot water (no tokens). There is also a sink for washing up. The beautiful River Orne runs alongside the site. You are welcome to try your luck fishing or just sit enjoying the wildlife. As well as a wide variety of bird life, regular visitors include otters and coypu. |

Local area Caumont-sur-Orne is 20 minutes south of Caen and Thury-Harcourt is the nearest town, only 3 minutes drive away. As well as good shopping and banks Thury-Harcourt contains a chateau with pretty gardens and a pleasant swimming pool. The Suisse Normande area contains deep valleys, fast flowing rivers and beautiful forests where you can pass the time walking, mountain biking or canoeing. The magnificent castle at Falaise was home to William the Conqueror and now contains an impressive audio visual tour. The Normandie coast around Arromanches was the scene of the D-Day landings. The large sandy beaches still offer reminders of the Battle of Normandy. |
