Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by mature hedges and willow trees backing onto a wooded area and tidal stream.

The south-facing mobile home has a large decking area with fenced garden, gravelled parking area for one car, a pergola and barbecue.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a double bed in the lounge under the seating area.

There is a full size oven/hob in the kitchen area, together with a full sized fridge freezer and microwave.

The lounge/dining area has English Sky TV with video and fitted gas fire. There is a dining room table and four chairs. The seating area is for up to six persons.

There is a shower room / WC which is ensuite to the main bedroom, but can also be accessed from the hall.

Equipped for 6 people.

This is a no smoking home and sorry no pets allowed.

A 50 yard walk will take you to the lake which has carp, tench and roach. There are wild ducks, swans and other wildlife around the lake. You can fish day or night here without a permit.

The site has a communal swimming pool which has recently undergone a £2m facelift.

Around the pool are straw umbrellas and sun loungers, and a small snack bar/shop opposite.

During the summer months there is entertainment provided by the site in the small club house / bar.

Local area

The campsite is situated between the villages of Touques and St. Arnoult, which have small supermarkets, golf course and shop, post office, pharmacy, doctors and dentist.

Deauville, which is 3km drive away by car, has its own racecourse, golf course, lots of restaurants, casino, cafes, bars, market, marina and soft sandy beaches.

Trouville has speciality fish restaurants, antique shops, a market and soft sandy beach.

Further afield, there is the very pretty medieval town of Honfleur with its superb restaurants and Bayeaux to the west, with its famous tapestry.

The Normandy landing beaches are a short drive away.

The campsite is a 40 minute drive from the ferry ports of Le Havre and Caen.

Deauville is approximately a 3 hour drive from Calais and the Euro Tunnel.

By air - Skysouth now fly direct from Shoreham in Hampshire to Deauville, Caen and Le Harve.

All prices are per week (not per person) and include the use of the swimming pool,
site facilities, fishing at the lake day and night (no fishing permit required),
