This large town house, in the delightful small seaside town of Ault in the Somme, is one hundred yards from the beach, shops and restaurants.
There is a sea view from the top floor.

Ault is situated in Picardy, close to the Normandy border, 35 minutes from Dieppe and one and a half hours from Calais.

Accommodation

The house is furnished to a high standard and has central heating, high ceilings and large windows.

Entrance hall with beautiful old tiled floor.

Ground floor:

Square living room with old floorboards, fireplace, CD player and double sofa bed.

Dining room with beautiful old tiled floor and table seating ten.

Kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, table and chairs to seat three.

The kitchen opens out onto a patio with barbecue facilities and awning.

Large cellar as games room with American pool, babyfoot and dart board. Also facilities for washing and drying and a small deep freeze.

Separate toilet.

Doors out onto platform with steps down to garden.

From the hall staircase to mezzanine floor bedroom with double bed and overlooking the garden.

First floor

Bedroom with double bed overlooking garden.

Bedroom with twin beds with balcony overlooking the street.

Large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Second floor

Double bedroom with sea view and a twin bedded room also with sea view.

Separate lavatory.

Sitting room with French TV, DVD player with a selection of movies, CD player, board games and sofas.








	The garden The garden is small and sheltered. There is a patio with a garden table and twelve chairs.

Local area

Quinquerue is only 100 yards from the beach, shops and restaurants. It is within easy reach of lovely countryside, First World War battle fields, ornithological reserve and the pretty medieval town of St Valery sur Somme.

A twenty minute walk away is Onival with its beautiful sandy beach and boules court.

Two miles away is Bois de Cise, a seaside village set in a wood with amazing gothic architecture.

The fishing port of Le Tréport is 6 miles away.

The ferry port of Dieppe is a thirty five minute drive.

Calais is one and a half hours away.

A £100 deposit per booking is required for cancellation or damage.
