	Gites with pool near Mazamet in the Languedoc - Midi Pyrenees region of France


	Four newly decorated and equipped gites, with shared swimming pool, set in 10 acres of privately owned and enclosed gardens. The gites are set amongst the forests and lakes of the Languedoc National Park and are 8km from Mazamet.

Azalea House

(Ground Floor Apartment):
Two double bedrooms (One with en-suite shower room).
One twin room.
Lounge with bed settee, colour satellite television and videos which can be hired, CD player.
Two separate toilets and a further shower room.
Kitchen/Dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the crockery and pots and pans to make your stay comfortable.

The Honey Pot

(Top Floor Apartment):
One double bedroom.
One twin room.
Separate shower and toilet.
Kitchen / dining room / lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the crockery and pots and pans to make your stay comfortable.
The lounge has a colour satellite television and videos which can be hired and a CD player.

The Barn Owl

One double bedroom.
One twin room.
Separate bath and toilet.
Kitchen / dining room / lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the crockery and pots and pans to make your stay comfortable.
The lounge has a bed settee for two people, a colour satellite television and videos which can be hired and a CD player.

Oleander House

Outside

The gites are set in 10 acres of privately owned and enclosed gardens.

Each gite has its own private entrance, garden and terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

All the gites have the use of the swimming pool (11m x 7m) and sun terrace, equipped with loungers and pool toys.

The Area

A five minute walk from the gites is the Lac des Montagnes where there are cafes, restaurants, crazy golf, tennis courts and a small child-friendly beach with a water play area and life guard.

Local activities include fishing, golf, horse riding, lakes for swimming, rivers, cycling and walking.

A five minute drive from the gites is the medieval village of Hautpoul - the original site of Mazamet.

Mazamet - 8km - is the closest town with supermarkets, pharmacies, boutiques, doctors, bars and restaurants.

Carcassonne - 45km - the ‘Cite’ de Carcassonne is the largest fortress in Europe and has 14 towers.

Golf - La Barouge Golf Club is 20 minutes away.

Beaches - the beaches of Narbonne are a one and a half hour drive.

Andorra is two and a half hours from Mazamet and Barcelona is only 4 hours away.
