The two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double and a single bed, share the principal bathroom.
This bathroom has a glass-walled shower, a tiled Japanese-style bath, washbasin and WC.

First floor

The three upstairs bedrooms are off a mezzanine gallery at the top of the oak staircase in the lounge. The gallery overlooks the lounge and has a large bookcase with paperback novels, jigsaw puzzles and games for guests to enjoy.

Two of the bedrooms have traditional double beds.

The third bedroom has two single beds, one of which is an antique scroll bed.

The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside

La Grange has a large 60m² terrace. Half of the terrace is covered by an extension of the roof and half is totally outdoors and open to the sun all day.

A further paved area leads from the sun terrace to the delightful 10m x 5m swimming pool.

La Grange has 1.5 acres of private garden, including a parking area for five cars and a large pond to the north of the swimming pool.

There are plenty of sun loungers and garden chairs, a table tennis table, two bicycles, a pétanque set and a badminton set.

The owners live next door in the adjoining property and are usually available to advise and assist if required.

La Grange is 1.5km from Fajolles, 8km from Lavit-de-Lomagne, 10km from Beaumont-de-Lomagne and less than an hours drive from Toulouse.
