The farmhouse kitchen contains a cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a toaster.
There is a satellite TV, DVD and Radio/CD players.

Family bedroom with 1 double, 1 single bed and a ceiling fan.

Twin bedroom with ceiling fan.

Walk in shower room and separate WC.

The Farmhouse is centrally heated and has lots of books, games and puzzles.

There is a private garden and terrace with barbecue, large wooden picnic table and garden toys for children

The 10m x 4.5m swimming pool is fenced and alarmed for safety. It is fully lit at night and is shared with The Barn.

The Barn

Ground floor
A large vaulted living / dining room with open fireplace and has a satellite TV, DVD and Radio/CD players.
An open-plan fully equipped American kitchen with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a toaster.
Walk-in shower room.
Bathroom.

The Barn is centrally heated and has lots of books, games and puzzles.

French windows lead from the living room on to the terrace which has wonderful views over the surrounding Quercy countryside.

First floor
Family bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, ceiling fan and ensuite shower room.
Double bedroom.
Single gallery bedroom.

There is a private garden and terrace with barbecue, large wooden picnic table and garden toys for children eg swing ball.

The 10m x 4.5m swimming pool is fenced and alarmed for safety. It is fully lit at night and is shared with The Farmhouse.

Local area and activities

The countryside is superb for walking, part of the famous pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostella passes nearby.

Cycling is a passion in this part of France. The rolling countryside is ideal for the enthusiast or for exploring. Bicycles can be provided on request.
The Tour de France in July passes through the region and is something that should not be missed.

A really worthwhile trip is by Kayak or canoe through the dramatic and beautiful scenery of the Gorges of Averyon at St Antonin Noble Val.

St-Nicholas-de-la-Grave has a good water sports centre with canoes, boats and pedalos for hire.

Take a stroll along the banks of the Tarn and Garonne rivers and enjoy the diversity of bird and wildlife.

There is an excellent equestrian centre a few minutes minutes away at Lauzerte with riding for all levels of experience catered for.

Golf - at Sauveterre there is a 9-hole course, of 5244 metres in a wooded valley with water hazards, suitable for all standards.

Fishing - good fishing is available in the lakes and rivers nearby.

Tennis courts at Cazes-Mondenard.

Parachuting at Bouloc, learn to fly a glider at Moissac or go quad-biking. For younger children there is motor biking and quad biking at “Club PW50” at Lafrançaise for under 12s.

There is a large open-air swimming pool with slide at the “Vallee de Loisirs” in Lafrançaise or a beach at Montaigu-de-Quercy or Beaumont-de-Lomagne.

There are several farm parks nearby and also “Petit Paris” in Montauban.

Walibi Theme Park near Agen.
