	Stunning newly refurbished three bedroom holiday home. The property is situated in a small village on the banks of the river Cere, ten minutes from Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne. Set in the North Lot, it is on the border of the Correze and Dordogne departments.

Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer electric oven and gas hob.

The grand dining room provides open-plan living with a large oak dining table and a comfortable sitting area featuring a large open fire place. A television and DVD player is available (with a selection of adult and children's material) and a CD / cassette player with a selection of CDs.

Master bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Two twin bedrooms with family bathroom.


	The dining and sitting room has three French windows opening onto a large south-facing balcony overlooking the river.

Outside

The large secluded south-facing terraces and gardens, with outside dining furniture, recliners and the use of a barbecue, are perfect for family barbecues and relaxing evenings.

An integrated garage and laundry room provide private parking and washing facilities during your stay.

Local area

This stunning holiday home sits alongside the River Cere in Port de Gagnac, in the north of the Lot department, close to the Correze border and River Dordogne.

Port de Gagnac is a medieval port on the banks of the river Cere. There are two beautiful restaurants within 200 metres of the house and over the bridge on the other side of the river is the village of Gagnac sur Cere.

Five minutes walk over the bridge into Gagnac you can find a small village shop where you can buy fresh bread and croissants.

Biars is only 3km away with its busy fresh produce markets, shops and cafés.

The medieval village of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne (6km) is one of the oldest inhabited areas of the Dordogne and has a swimming pool and tennis facilities.

The Dordogne provides great canoeing, fishing, cycling and family days out.
