	La Maison Rose Chambre d’Hôte is a comfortable and spacious traditional French Farmhouse, with swimming pool, set in over 15 acres of pastures and woodland. This Bed and Breakfast accommodation is situated in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Niaudon, 2km from Prayssac, in the very heart of the Lot Valley region. Map

Accommodation

La Maison Rose has three bedrooms and a small self contained gite. The bedrooms all have double or twin beds and ensuite bath/shower rooms and are ideal for couples or families.
The small gite has the benefit of an outside summer kitchen.

The Rose Room is one of the family and couple rooms, ideal for honeymooners and couples alike.
This very large room has a double bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table, comfortable seating and double aspect windows with views over hills and open countryside.
En-suite bath/shower room, wash basin and wc.

The Sunflower Room
This room is ideal as a family room or suitable for a group of friends. It is one of two Grenier bedrooms, the other being the Bluebell Room.
This is a large bedroom with a double bed, two single beds, double wardrobe, two chests of drawers, comfortable seating and exposed beams.
The new en-suite shower room has wash basin, wc and towel unit.

The Bluebell Room
This room is the other Grenier bedroom and is opposite the Sunflower Room.
This is a twin bedroom with double wardrobe, twin chest of drawers, comfortable seating and exposed beams.
This room has its own separate new shower room with wash basin, wc and towel unit.

The Lavender Room
This double bedroom has views to open fields and woods.
The room is furnished with a queen-size bed with bedside tables, double wardrobe, dresser, radiator heating, tea and coffee facilities and ample power points.
There is an interconnecting door to a further twin bedroom if required for a group or family.
Separate wc, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Tea and coffee is provided in each room. There are no charges for towels or extra bedding.

Breakfast is served in the Sun Terrace Room which can accommodate eight people with ease.

A four-course dinner with wine and coffee is served in the dining room for those who wish to eat in. Vegetarians and people with special dietary requirements can be catered for subject to advance notice.

The comfortable living room has English/French TV, DVD/VCR for those who wish to watch the latest movies and for guests staying during the colder months there is a large log fire.

Facilities at La Maison Rose

La Maison Rose has over six hectares of open pasture and woodland for guests to enjoy. On the land you will find walnut, horse chestnut, fig, apple and plum trees. There are also a few hens and sheep that graze on the fields.

Swimming pool
The 10m x 5m swimming pool has a large sun terrace with stylish sun loungers and parasols. There is poolside lighting and pool towels are provide free of charge.

Other outdoor activities include badminton and croquet on the lawns and boules in the courtyard.
There is also a wide selection of books, jigsaws, games, cards and chess tables.

Local area

This region has a vast array of wild flowers, butterflies and animals including deer, stone marten, wild boar, red squirrels, rabbits, hares, buzzards, red kites, barn owls and many more.

Prayssac - 2km - a small market town with a market every Friday, shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and a sports centre.

River Lot - 3km - where canoes and kayaks are available for hire and fishing permits for one or more days are available.

Cahors - 25km - the capital of the Lot with excellent shops and restaurants.

Prices are per room per night for two people including continental breakfast.

A supplement of 30 Euros per night will apply to any additional person over 17 years old sharing a room.
