	Charming detached stonewalled cottage that forms part of a 200 year old barn. Overlooking pastures and woodland, situated in the tiny hamlet of La Villotte, 5km from St Laurent sur Gorre and 13km south east of Rochechouart in the beautiful Limousin countryside, close to both the Dordogne and the Charente.

	‘Les Tilleuls’ has been recently renovated and furnished to a high standard, the interior features traditional exposed stone work and beams. Overlooking pastures and woodland, the property is totally secluded, offering peace and tranquillity.

Spacious sitting / dining room with large open fireplace, exposed beams and traditional bread oven.

Well-equipped fully fitted kitchen with ‘Belfast’ sink, fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine.

First Floor

Large open plan bedroom, double bed, low beamed ceiling and exposed stone walls.

Bright bathroom with modern W.C., bath and basin.

Outside

There is a well-tended garden surrounding the cottage, with a south-facing pergola and a shaded west-facing pebbled terrace beside the bread oven - ideal for dining outside or just watching the sun set.

Garden furniture and barbecue facility provided.

The Limousin countryside is renowned for its beautiful wooded hills and small sleepy villages.
‘Les Tilleuls’ is an ideal location for a stress-free holiday and for discovering the delights of the region. Enjoy walking or cycling in the quiet country lanes; visiting local Chateaux and historical sites; or bathing in one of the nearby lakes. Additional interests include; wildlife, fishing and of course local cuisine.
