	Mediterranean villa with swimming pool near Perpignan, Languedoc, South of France


	Mediterranean style villa in enclosed grounds with magnificent 25m swimming pool and tennis court. Located in the much sought-after residential area of Les Chartreuses du Boulou, just one mile from the busy little town of Le Boulou, 15 minutes from Perpignan and 20 minutes from the beaches.

4 bedroom villa, built in traditional Mediterranean style and easily able to accommodate 7 people, comes fully equipped with linen provided.

Open-plan lounge and dining room with French doors leading to garden - TV/video & telephone.

Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine.

Shared use of magnificent 25m swimming pool and tennis court located directly opposite the property.
The swimming pool is open for approx 12 weeks from mid-June to mid-September, whilst the tennis court is open all year round.

There is a table tennis facility inside the pool area, which is furnished with tables and chairs, and there are also shaded areas.

Local Area

Le Boulou is served by the last motorway exit on the A9 before leaving France for Spain, which makes it an ideal base for exploring a multitude of places, both in France and Spain.

Barcelona - 90 minutes away.
Girona - 45 minutes.
Figueres (with the world famous Dali museum) - 20 minutes.
Perpignan - 15 minutes.

The coast road to the Mediterranean resorts - notably Argelès with its fabulous beaches and the picturesque harbour of Collioure - is joined by the private road leading to Les Chartreuses, and the drive will take no more than 20 minutes.

Céret, the delightful cherry capital of France with its busy Saturday market & modern art museum - a legacy from visiting artists (such as Picasso and Chagall) - is but 8km away, and the Gorges du Fou, the Cathar castles and the Pyrénées are well within striking distance.
