Accommodation

The mobile home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and comfortably accommodates up to four people.

The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave.

The spacious lounge area has English TV and comfy seating.
A free-standing air conditioning tower and heating unit is also supplied.

There is a large shower room with shower cubicle and hand basin and a separate toilet.

Mains drainage and electricity are standard, with calor gas bottles for your cooking and hot water.

Outside there is a generous patio area with garden furniture, parasol and a car parking space.

The area

Argeles sur Mer is situated on the Mediterranean just 30 minutes from the Spanish border. The resort has the Pyrenees and Mt Canigou as a backdrop to the sandy beaches.
From June to September the town has an abundance of street markets, bric-a-brac stalls, discos and shows of Catalan dancing.

Argeles Plage has miles of sandy, blue flag beaches, shops and eating places from pizzerias to gourmet restaurants.
The beach has tranquil areas with shady palms and lively parts with funfairs and children’s play areas.

Nearby are water parks, adventure playgrounds, bowling alley, luna park and funfair and riding stables.
Bikes can be hired locally.

A beautiful tree-lined promenade leads to a magnificent port where you can sit and enjoy a meal or coffee at one of the many bars and restaurants that surround the harbour, whilst enjoying the fantastic views.

If you are more energetic there is a diving school based at the port and on the beach there are boats, pedalos and wind surfers for hire.

Lakes and rivers are nearby for fishing or take a drive into the foothills of the Pyrenees for rambling, paragliding or horse riding.

Skiing - Just one and a quarter hours driving takes you to the ski resort of Font Romeu which has all the winter sports facilities you could want.

Places of historical interest such as Collioure, Elne and the walled city of Carcassonne are all within easy reach.

Barcelona is approximately 2 hours away.
