The Area The property is on the edge of the very popular village, Canet d’Aude. It has a population of slightly more than 1000. The commerce is a short stroll away and includes a mini supermarket, a patisserie, a butcher, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a bar restaurant and a pizza restaurant. The village is about 15 minutes from Narbonne, 20 minutes from the coast, an hour from Spain and 2 or 3 minutes from the beautiful Canal Du Midi.
