The interior of this former winery has been transformed into a unique and beautiful home. The interior is all new although many of the massive beams and some stonework have been left apparent.

The Area

The property is on the edge of the very popular village, Canet d’Aude. It has a population of slightly more than 1000. The commerce is a short stroll away and includes a mini supermarket, a patisserie, a butcher, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a bar restaurant and a pizza restaurant. There is also the wine co-operative selling fine local wines.

The village is about 15 minutes from Narbonne, 20 minutes from the coast, an hour from Spain and 2 or 3 minutes from the beautiful Canal Du Midi. The airports at Carcassonne and Perpignan are less than 45 minutes away.

It would be hard to find a better located village in the region.
