Accommodation

The gite has been tastefully renovated, and retains much of the original character with exposed beams and stonework. Downstairs all the floors are tiled and upstairs they are wood with rugs.

The large lounge has comfortable seating and a wood-burner. There is a French TV and video player with English videos, a CD player, games and toys.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric fan-assisted oven gas hob, electric kettle, toaster and microwave.

Ground floor double room with two single beds and wardrobe.

Breakfast area.  This sunny room is ideal for morning coffee and croissants. There is a small table and chairs at the window looking on to the garden. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine and galleried bedroom from here.

Bedroom suite - this large light airy room has a king sized double bed, wardrobe, chests of drawers, mirror and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a single bed and space for the cot (supplied if required).

Full central heating for the cooler months.

Outside

Outside there is a large parking area alongside the gite and your own private well-fenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

We have two bikes available for hire.

Local area

Les Trois Croix is a small hamlet with just 24 inhabitants. The lanes in the surrounding area are good for cycling and there are many walks sign-posted in the forests.

Although we are secluded we are not isolated being only 2km to the village that has a shop that sells fresh bread every morning and 7km from Grand Champ or Locmine with numerous bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pools and bowling alley.

There are lakes 10 minutes away by car for fishing.

We are well-placed for visiting all of the Morbihan region being only 35 minutes from the coast or the medieval towns of Josselin and Vannes.

There are numerous small villages where you will find good restaurants providing typical Breton food, seafood and galettes being a speciality of the region.

Prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, bed linen and constant hot water.
Towels and cot bedding are not Included.

Essential shopping can be supplied for arrival at 15€.

 A cleaning service at the end of the week is available for 30€.

Well behaved clean dogs welcome 30€ per week.
