Gite accommodation

Spacious comfortable room comprising of lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has full gas oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave/grill.

Two bedrooms each with a double bed, a single bed and pine furniture.

Both rooms are equipped with duvets, linen, towels, and have lovely views either over the pool or the gardens.

There is a fully equipped shower room and two WCs.

All areas have full central heating and fans are available during the hot summer months.

A welcome pack including wine is provided for your arrival.

Outside, the gite has a lovely patio area that is adjacent to the swimming pool and gardens, where you can enjoy the peace of the glorious French countryside.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation

There are three newly converted bedrooms are available in the main house:

A  double with en-suite bathroom.

A double with en-suite walk-in shower room.

Family room to sleep four with a double and two singles plus en-suite shower room.

Breakfast is served in the owners' dining room or outside in the sun on the terrace.
Fresh warmed bread and croissants served with home made preserves and home-grown organic fruits are available for breakfast.

Guests are welcome to use all the facilities of the owners lounge with satellite TV and log fire, laundry room and pool. All areas have full central heating.

Outside

Set in 11 acres of grounds with swimming pool.

An outside barbecue and comfortable eating area is at your disposal for a relaxing meal to be taken under a parasol at lunchtime or in the setting sun in the evening.

There are ample sun loungers by the pool with natural shade under trees.

Table tennis, boules, dart board and pool games are available.

There is also a laundry and ironing room.

And if required, ample, secure, under cover car parking is available.

Local area

The area is very rural and relaxing.

You will have the chance to take excellent walks on the owner's land, through woodland, or along the banks of the river where fishing is available in one of France's best carp rivers.

The local supermarket is only five minutes away whilst there are colourful local markets in Tournon d'Agenais and Monsempron Libos every week.

There are many beautiful places to explore and local activities include canoeing, tennis, horse riding and cycling.

For that special evening out at one of the many superb local restaurants you could also make use of the offer of baby-sitting by the English owners.

Parc-en-Ciel (park in the sky) is highly recommended by the owners and an exhilarating day out for the active with a good heart and head for heights.

Boat trips on the river Lot can be taken from Fumel which is situated only 5km away.

The Chateau de Bonaguil is also a local attraction being only 10 minutes away.

The nearest airport, Bergerac, is 40 minutes away.

Toulouse and Bordeaux are both 90 minutes away.
