	La Moulinal is a superb property with two tastefully restored 18th century cottages with large swimming pool, set in an idyllic park of over 4 acres. Le Moulinal is located in Lougratte, a small village situated between Bergerac and Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

A spacious 130m² stone farmhouse with wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and authentic fireplaces with stoves.

Living room (57m²) including a television with satellite dish.

Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and cooker.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

A 140m² stone farmhouse in “pigeonnier” style with wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and authentic fireplaces with stoves.

Living room (55m²) with a television.

Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and cooker.

2 bedrooms, Mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Covered terrace, ample garden furniture and a barbecue.

Within the 1.7 hectares of grounds is a large swimming pool (6m x 12m), volley-ball court, table tennis table and a soccer field.

Local area

La Moulinal is located in Lougratte, a small village of 400 inhabitants, in the northern part of the Lot-et-Garonne, between Bergerac and Villeneuve-sur-Lot and less than 30 minutes driving from either town.

In this picturesque region you will find charming medieval towns located in and around the romantic Dordogne and Lot valleys.

This area is known for its superb wines of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors, its splendid castles and delightful summer markets.

There are many sports activities on offer including hiking, cycling, horse riding and golf at the magnificent 18-hole championship course in the vicinity (15km).
