Accommodation Large living room with Sky satellite TV, video and DVD player, log burner fire and central heating. Comfortable armchairs and sofa are all new for this season. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes microwave, fridge and washing machine. Large bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. Bedroom with double bed. Either bedroom can have an extra set of bunks, a single bed or a cot. Bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin. |

Outside The house is set in over 400 acres of private grounds, with its own fully stocked lakes,woodlands and large lawn areas and gardens. Guests may fish in the lakes or just sit and watch the wildlife in peace and quiet. Patio area with tables, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. Around the shared swimming pool is a large patio area with sun loungers. The pool is child-friendly and level - no deep end. There is a large play area for the children with swings, play-house and climbing equipment. Tennis, basketball, fishing rods and balls are all available to keep the children busy. |

Local area Le Toupy is located at the end of a private road in the village of Razac d’Eymet close to restaurants and bars. Eymet - 5km - is a lively town with covered arcades, restaurants and bars. There are weekly morning markets and many evening activities in the square during the main holiday season. Razac d’Eymet is 15km south of Bergerac airport. Rocamadour, a beautiful village in a dramatic setting climbing up a cliff side, is well worth a visit. |
